Great hotel at great location with great service, very reasonable price, rooms were very nice and quite. Highly recommended for family.

I love that they are so pet-friendly! I will never stay at any other hotel in Dubai-- reasonable prices for the awesome value, always welcoming, large rooms, right next to Mall of the Eimrates and the metro... I think it's perfect.

One time they charged me for getting make-up in a towel, which was a bit of a shock. But I keep coming back anyway. :) Just be careful with your towels!

everything was great, the room very big, clean, nice pool, good breakfast, polite staff.

The rooms are spacious and have large screen TVs. I was pleasantly surprised about the service and delicious breakfast bar. Also, Donatello is about three blocks from the Mall of the Emirates making it very easy to go to/from the Mall. A Great Value!!!

- This is a 2–3 star property and is more like a hostel than a hotel. It may suit people who don’t have much experience staying in hotels.- There is no shuttle bus to anywhere. The staff were unable to book a taxi or help find one, and taxis do not pass through this area, so even walking around is difficult.- Checkout is strictly at 12:00 pm, even for guests with late flights, despite the hotel not being busy.- There is no coffee provided, as there is no coffee shop on the property. Breakfast has only two options—eggs or pancakes—and you must choose one.-The nearest metro station is a 10-minute walk through a construction area. - I also had no internet for one full day.- The swimming pool is extremely small (about 100 cm x 100 cm), more like a bathtub than a pool.

We were actually having a great experience staying at your hotel for the past three nights, but everything was ruined because of your security guard named Francis. On our third day, he suddenly demanded an ID from my husband, even though during check-in, only my ID was requested since I was the one who booked the room. That has always been our experience when booking hotels — only the person who made the reservation is usually asked for identification.What made it worse was his attitude — he didn't even show any sign of apology or understanding. He insisted on seeing the ID without even considering that we were already checking out the next day. It was very disappointing.We’ve been going in and out of the hotel — even as late as past midnight — and never once were we asked for an ID. But suddenly, on our last night, he decided to question us? When we brought it up, all he said was that he had just come back from vacation — but honestly, that’s not our concern as guests. That excuse doesn’t justify the inconsistency or the way he treated us.What surprised us even more is that he claimed to be a supervisor, yet he didn’t seem to know how to understand or properly pacify a guest. Instead of calming the situation, he acted like he was always right and talked to us in a way that came off as arrogant and overly self-important. His tone alone made the whole interaction feel more like an interrogation than guest assistance.To be honest, we’ve stayed in and even recently booked hotels that are more upscale than yours, and we’ve never been treated that way. I hope your security team is aligned with the front desk policies. The way he spoke and treated my husband made it seem like he was being profiled just because of how he was dressed — and he was only in casual, normal clothes. That kind of treatment should never happen in a place that aims to provide hospitality and comfort to its guests.

All,fine the lady Philippines was very kind also security guys were nice with respect. The guys to clean the room were helpful and great. Only a Pakistani or Indian tall guy was mesreble.

Poor quality

The quality of the hotel was not of a standard expected in Dubai. The parking was extremely narrow and I risked damaging my rental car.Breakfast was of a very poor standard.

The staff, the location, food and the cleanliness of the room.

The timing of the steam room and the extra charge which is too pricy.

Location is amazing, staff are friendly and helpful, and service is immediate.

The spa is really not nice and Moroccan bath was not actual Moroccan bath.

We booked a family suite with 2 bed rooms for a family of 4 adults (2 parents and 2 teen girls above 18 but the hotel gave us room (family suite) with no 2 separate bed rooms. In fact the layout of the room did not make any sense at all as they put 2 king beds in one large room with no privacy and most senseless thing was that they had a door in side the room with no walls around it (refer pic).Reception staff were not helpful at all and were unprofessional. We packed stuff after 2 nights stay on the promise that they will change the room but when we came back at night they neither change the room nor apologized for the false promise.Breakfast had very limited options and very limited space. Not what was shown in pics. Imagine that they did not have a dispenser in the breakfast area for water, instead they put water in a jug.
